EFD provides on-site training, written instructions and reference numbers for all key support personnel.  EFD is proficient in several word processing packages and often adapts the medical transcription document to suit a specific format as requested by clients.  Additionally, EFD has automated the process that allows the secure delivery of transcription documents to any electronic medical records system such as SoftMed or Meditech.
