1. Does EFD provide a full-service solution for my hospital or clinic?
Yes.  EFD offeres customized transcription and technology solutions based on our clients' requirements.  We offer a web-enabled service, provided by Scribe Healthcare Technologies, Inc. (www.scribe.com) that is accessible anytime, anywhere.  Or EFD can integrate with your existing set-up should you be opting to keep your medical records infrastructure.  Whether you’re a small physician clinic or a 500 bed acute care facility, EFD has a solution that fits your needs.
2. Does EFD provide overflow or backlog transcription support?
Yes.  In most cases EFD is happy to provide this service. 
3.  My hospital is located in California.  Can EFD provide service to my location?
Yes.  EFD provides services coast-to-coast. 
4. Can EFD provide our voice dictation system too?
Yes.  EFD provides our clients with an easy-to-use 1-800 number voice dictation system provided by Scribe Healthcare Technologies, Inc.  If the client would prefer the system to be located at the hospital site, EFD can arrange a customized installation of any preferred voice server.
5. Does EFD provide maintenance for the equipment? Yes. EFD is very responsive to any maintenance concerns.
